Terms and conditions

The room prices in the Katschberg Lodge are in EURO per room and night including breakfast (only in winter), plus local tax (EUR 2.60 per person and night, from the age of 18). The AGBH - Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions and the payment, reservation and cancellation conditions of AK BETRIEBS GmbH apply.Reservation conditions and terms of payment
Your reservation is guaranteed when you provide us with your credit card details and we will keep the room(s) available for you for the whole night. Please note that your credit card will be pre-authorised or charged for the total price of the booking (incl. local tax and fees) before your arrival.

We ask you to depart by 11.00 am. The full room price will be charged for late arrivals and departures.
Prices are subject to change!

Cancellation conditions and cancellation fee
In the event of early departure or late arrival, the cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel contract conditions or the payment, reservation and cancellation modalities of AK BETRIEBS GmbH apply. With the exception of promotional rates - these can no longer be cancelled or rebooked. Please note that in this case your credit card will be charged the total price immediately after booking.

Our pricing is not based on fixed dates but on capacity utilisation and the time of booking. The earlier you book, the cheaper the room rate.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. This does not apply to promotional rates and event dates.

In the event of later cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to debit 90% of the accommodation price from the credit card if the reservation is not re-let.
